Imagine Dragons has a versatile array of music in their vast catalog. Their music could be interpreted in many different avenues. Some may describe it as pop, alternative, rock, indie, including certain elements of their music that is similar to edm, dubstep, and even folk. Their music feels rooted in overcoming painful adversity and a common theme of conquering whatever it is the soul is inevitably going to endure. The quest for this project was to encapsulate all of those feelings into this Mercury Tour poster. There felt a need to display a majestic outer space essence with the gatekeepers hands holding the unfathomable but existent orb of energy and light. Adobe Illustrator was used in the making of this project.
